A lucky day

Tuesday, April 19, 2011- Tita and me left BGC bound for New York Mansions Condominium at Montreal Street Cubao, Quezon City to attend the Basic Orientation Seminar at SUBICC Main Office.  The clock said it was 8:30am when rode the jeep to Tulay, Guadalupe. At 9:20am, we were at Tulay and we were able to ride a bus bound for Nepa Q-Mart.  We should be at the venue at exactly 10:00am because the seminar will start at 10:30am.  EDSA was so traffic and we couldn't imagine we arrived at Q-Mart at 9:45am!  Awesome! 

The seminar started at exactly 10:30am.  There were people inside the room attending the seminar while others had transactions with the admin office especially those who were already harvesters.  Yes, the corporation's benefits is hard to believe but only those who can endure the challenges will be rewarded. I am a woman who takes risk, and the reason why I attended the seminar is for me to apply for membership as well.  In order to qualify, I have to purchase their products at P2,520.00 a month for 15 consecutive months and should attend the four (4) modules seminar.  For others and even for me, P2,520 is a big amount of money.  I can buy as sack of rice for a family of 4, and other grocery items good for a month supply.  Why I should take the risk? Yes, only those who have faith will be rewarded.  I am a member of an MLM Company but their benefits is not as good as SUBICC.  I purchased worth P3,000.00 for a month but what I got was a check worth P80.00 only!  I don't have question with the quality of their products where ion fact I still patronize their products for my personal consumption.  At SUBICC, you will pay P2,520 and you will be given products equivalent to the amount you have paid for such as 4 boxes of either Choco del Shema, Cafe del Shema, Red Tea del Shema and the Actifiber del Shema which are all made of organic materials from the Philippines. In addition, if you continuously patronize their product (brand switch per say) for 12 months, you will be evaluated on the 13th month for you to qualify for the P12,000.00 loyalty bonus.  Yes!  Its a P12,000 check that will be given to you.  And if you qualify, you will then be endorsed to the foundation for other benefits such as the monthly harvest to start as the 16th month at P2,360.00 a month for one year and for the succeeding years up to 7th year, your harvest will be increasing!  Once you graduate in the 1-year program, you will be given four maintenance voucher, 1 for you and the three will be to your family whom you will invite to be a part of the Shema Family so instead of paying P2,520.00 a month, they will just pay P1,260.00 just like what happened to me and my Tita where it was a blessing.  After the seminar, we looked for a canteen or fastfood where we can eat our lunch.  We saw this "turo-turo" just near the SUBICC office, the carenderia was full of customers so we looked for others just within the vicinity but to no avail.  So we ended up in the carenderia we saw first that had only few customers then.  So we ordered food and softdrinks. The owner spoke the Bisaya language with his wife which prompted me to speak Bisaya also until I asked from them is Shema is good and if they already have a experience.  Ate Gloria, the owner said they are already members of Shema and that they are already harvesters especially her mothers who have been a Shema member for 3 years.  She asked us if we are already members and we said that we are about to apply for membership at P2,520 a month.  But she said that her nanay has maintenance and if we are interested, she will call her so we will only pay half of the monthly payment.  Indeed, it was a blessing! The money I brought was just for me, and if I am to pay half of the price, my tita will become a member as well. Nanay Rosita arrived with a green plastic filing box loaded with SHEMA transaction documents.  She briefed us everything, Tita and I filled-up the application form and we paid P1,260.00 each.  Since it was a Holy Tuesday, our application will be processed by Monday, April 25, 2011 but we will able to bring home the products equivalent to the amount we paid.  

May our membership with Shema bring us hope for the future so I can help my family.  Once I graduate, I will encourage my family members to be a part of Shema's Family too so all of us can benefit the grace of our Lord.

Bumili ka ng produktong 100% Filipino-owned Food Supplements o tuloy tuloy na pagtangkilik sa mga produktong herbal na gawa sa Pilipinas.

Ang mga produktong ito ay kinabibilangan ng Cafe, Choco, RedTea, Ginger, Actifiber, at UnTubo (Cooking gadget) na pawang mga herbal products (Except UnTubo-Energy Enhancer).
Tutal umiinom ka naman ng kape at iba pang beverages, palitan mo na lang nga mga Shema variety products upang makatulong sa pag-aayos ng ating pisikal na kalusugan.

Samantalang ikaw ay bumibili at umiinom ng aming produkto buwan-buwan, ikaw naman ay pagkakalooban ng benepisyong hatid ng Foundation pagkatapos ng iyong "Pre-Qualifying purchases (15 months)" sa programang Paln ABC (Accept, Believe, Commit) ng SUBICC Company.

Hindi namin inuutusan ang mga miyembro na magbenta ng Shema products bagama't ito naman ay maaaring gawin (with SRP).

Ang recruitment sa Shema ay hindi compulsary sa "Pre-Qualifying period", datapwat kung ito ay ginagawa ng mga distributors as a way of sharing the good news of financial freedom sa ibang tao, then ang SUBICC din naman ay nagbibigay ng mga insentibo at rewards sa mga taong gumagawa nito. Unlike sa mga usung-usong mga networking companies na nirerequire ang mga miyembro na magbenta at magrecruit para kumita, sa Shema ang mga miyembro ay nagrerecruit para ibahagi ang mabuting balita na ito sa mga taong gusto nang makaahon sa kahirapan ng buhay.

Sa katotohanan, hindi madaling paniwalaan ang programa ng Shema SUBICC ng mga taong masyadong "matatalino" at "magagaling". Kaya nga ang basehan sa Shema ay FAITH o "pananampalataya" (Faith is the substance of things HOPED FOR and the evidence of thing NOT SEEN" -Hebrews 11:1). Kaya nga nakakalungkot, maraming tao na puro "Too Good To Be True" ang sinasabi sa Shema noon, subalit nung dumating ang panahon na sila ay nag "harvest" na, sakala lang nabura ang kanilang doubts and fear.

Una sa lahat, ang Shema ay hindi scam. BAKIT? Ang scam ay isang money-making scheme ng mga sindikato na nangangako ng mga benepisyong wala naman talagang ibinibigay. Ang Shema ay buwan-buwang nag-aaward ng mga bagong beneficiaries na hindi bumababa sa 100 tao buwan buwan. Sila ang mga taong nakatapos sa 15-monhs pre-qualifying program.

Pangalawa, ang Shema ay hindi investment. BAKIT? Sapagkat ang bawat gustong magpa-miyembro o mga miyembro na ay hindi nag-iinvest ng pera para itago ng Shema. Sapagkat BUMIBILI ang bawat isa ng SUBICC products na kinabibilangan ng Cafe, Choco, RedTea, at Acrifiber. Ang bawat bumibili ay binibigyan ng 100% na produktong katumbas ng kanilang pera at sila ay iniisyuhan ng Official Receipt. Unlike sa ibang kumpanya, only 70% ang kayang ibalik sa tao. Also unlike scams, walang ibinibigay na products, at kung nagbibigay man ay walang kasamang OR. Official Receipts (with Control Numbers) are proof of legitimacy ng isang kumpanya na ito ay rehistrado sa SEC at BIR/DTI.

Muli, simple lamang po ang programa ng SHEMA: Bumili ka. After you finished the pre-qualifying program ng SUBICC Company, ieendorso ka sa grantor and then the grantors will give you benefits sa pamamagitan ng SUDIF Foundation.

Ok, pag usapan natin ang assurance. Gaano katotoo?

Q: Paano kapag nagsara ang Shema?
A: Ok, granted "kunwari" nagsara ang company. Ang tanong ay ganito: Ano ang hahabulin natin sa SUBICC samantalang ang pera natin ay ating ibinili at ang resibong katumbas ng ibinili natin ay hawak natin?

Q: Pero, nangako ang kumpanya?!
A: Una sa lahat, ang pangako ay NASA sa SUDIF Foundation at wala sa SUBICC Company. Saka ka lang magtatamasa ng mga ipinangako ng SUDIF kapag ikaw ay na-endorso na ng SUBICC sa grantors.

Q: Matitiyak ko ba na ako talaga ay mabibigyan matapos kong makakumpleto ng pre-Qualifying period o 15-months na pagbili ng Shema product packages?
A: Bilang miyembro, masasabi kong OO dahil tumatanggap na ako ng mga benepisyong iyan kasama ang mahigit 4,000 taong "Harvesters at SUDIF Beneficiaries sa buong Pilipinas."

Q: Mayroon bang katunayang ako ay lehitimo nang beneficiary ng SUDIF pagkatapos ng pre-qualifying program?
A: Opo. Ang lahat ng magiging beneficiaries ay may pipirmahang Memorandum of Agreement na naka-notaryo at Certificate of Achievement.

Q: Bakit may kilala ako na mahigit isa o dalawang taon na sa Shema pero hindi naman tumanggap ng mga ipinangako?
A: Una, tanungin mo siya kung NATAPOS BA TALAGA nya ang "Pre-Qualifying period". Kung hindi, wala syang aasahang benepisyo mula sa SUDIF Foundation kahit abutin pa sya ng sampung taon at mahigit! Pangalawa, inaasikaso ba nya ang sarili nyang account o lagi lang siya nag-aantay na asikasuhin ng iba para sa kanya? Dapat, imanage ng sariling miyembro ang kanyang sariling account sa Shema upang mamonitor nya talaga kung naka-ilang buwan na ba sya. Maraming kasong ganito. Bagamat nagpopost ng announcements ang Main Office ng mga names ng mga bagong beneficiaries para sa kasalukuyang buwan ayon sa monitoring system ng kumpanya, subalit kung hindi naman ito nalalaman ng miyembro dahil sa neglect or pagpapabaya, wala ring magagawa ang kumpanya. Ang kumpanya ay nagpopost ng announcements sa main office at sa mga MegaCenters.

Q: Ano ang sinasabing kailangan daw magrecruit ng atleast 3 tao para magbenepisyo sa Shema?
A: Ang "Atleast 3 Active Direct Referrals" ng SUBICC ay tumutukoy sa karagdagang benefits na P8,100 sa loob ng pitong taon KAPAG ang isang miyembro ay magkakaroon ng atleast 3 Direct recruits na makakatapos din sa pre-qualifying period. Sa exceptional case na ito, nirerequire ang sponsor na magpupurchase ng products KASABAY ang atleast 3 tao, not necessarily 3 the same persons; ibig sabihin, atleast may tatlong taong directly sponsored mo na magpupurchase din ng product package sa loob ng tuloy-tuloy na 12 months (Requirement is 12-months CONSECUTIVE) kung gusto ma-enjoy ang additional P8,100 na benefits mula sa foundation. You can invite as many as you can, but only 3 ang kelangang mgpupurchase kasabay ka sa loob ng 12 consecutive months. Ito ay rewards sa mga taong bagamat nagduda, ay ibinahagi parin ang programa sa atleast tatlong tao na naniwala rin at sumunod sa programa.

Q: Paano kung hindi ako maka-recruit ng atleast 3 tao?
A: Sa pre-qualifying program, hindi nirerequire ang pagrecruit ng atleast 3 tao para iendorso sa SUDIF at tumanggap ng "Monthly Harvest" mula 16th month and onwards. Subalit, kapag ang isang miye mbro ay na-endorso na sa SUDIF at tumatanggap na ng Harvest on the 16th month, siya ay nirerequire na magrecruit ng atleast tatlong tao, na sila namang gagamitan ng sponsor ng kanyang Maintenance Vouchers (1 for the Sponsor, 3 for the New or Maintaning members UNDER the sponsor).

Ito ang compensation Plan:

Sa mga miyembro na nakatapos na ng pre-qualifying period AT nakapagpatapos narin ng atleast 3 direct sponsored referrals, sasabay sa pagtanggap ng kanilang harvest ang additional na P8,100 na benefits.

Sa mga tao namang nakatapos ng Pre-qualifying period at mag-uumpisa palang magrecruit ng tao na gagamitan ng kanyang MV's or Maintenance Vouchers, sa ikalawa at ikalahating taon nya lamang ma-eenjoy ang kanyang additional na P8,100 na benefits.

Napakaganda ng panukalang ito ng Dios thru Shema Family para sa lahat ng mga Pilipinong maniniwala at susunod sa programa ng SUBICC. Ito ay kung bibigyan lamang nila ng pansin ang goodnews na ito at pansamantalang/o tuluyang iwaksi ang kanilang "pride" sa kanilang mga sarili. Questioning Mind

I am not a little girl because I am a grown-up woman for years but I cant help myself but question everything I see especially the creations of God.  I am a devoted Catholic and so with my family but I am open for other religious sectors to explore the word of God especially those groups who can explain elaborately His words especially on salvation, love and family.

The following are just but few of my questions:

1.  What really is the relation between science, the bible and mankind? If we are to relate kasi God's creation with Science it will take a lot of time for experts to explain.  Did God plan on how the sun will rise and shine in the morning and sets in the afternoon?  How about the moon, during moonrise and moonset?  Of course, di magpapahuli ang Science pagdating dito.  

2.  What is the reason for God's creation that differ from one another?  Truly God is so powerful.  Mankind would say that in order to distinguish one creature from another, there should be a difference between the two.  But to sum of everything, God made all creations for use of mankind.  As to whether the leaves have different shapes and color, just simply ask yourself.  How will you live in a place where this is only one kind of tree, animal, human with only one race?  Would it be exciting or boring?  Praise God for during his days, He know what his children wants.

Pampering our overused - FEET

It was a fine Sunday morning, after the mass, Ate Vicky and me went to Market!Market! to buy some foodstuff and we dropped by at Watsons.  I was searching for things to pamper myself when I saw a package containing a foot soak, foot scrub and foot lotion.  Ate was hesitant at first for my purchase because it was expensive "daw" at P179.00 but I insisted that aside from going to the salon for a foot spa priced at P250, I'd rather buy the package so the three of us can use it.

After lunch, Ate Vicky prepared the manicure set while Flor poured the lukewarm water in a big basin then I did the measuring of the foot soak according to our requirements and so the foot spa session began.  The foot spa was very relaxing  even though we personally did the scrubbing of our own foot to the cleaning and pedicure.  At the price of P179, the three of us were able to pamper ourselves (we still have some more for our next foot spa session).
